This usually happens when there is a conflict between application certificates. For example: if you try to update your downloaded application from a forum using the Android Market. We strongly recommend install applications just from the Android Market.
Force Close on application update
There is no fix for this bug. It only happens on some devices and after much research, I think that it is related with the filesystem and data partition. If you suffer this bug, you must restart your device to reschedule the "GPS Aiding Data Autodownload". Remember to check "Reebot persistent" in the application preferences.
